Fitness Boot Camps
Want a jump start into fitness while having fun? My 5 week fat
blasting boot camp program is designed to get you in shape and feel
great! Classes are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6 to 7am. We use a
variety of activities calisthenics, free weights, body weight drills,
medicine ball exercises, team events, sprint drills ,cardio
kick-boxing, yoga and more! Call for information on pricing new
