| Our classes meet 5 days per week. With the Flex Pass you purchase a number of classes and show up when you can. Once you have used up your flex pass you can purchase more. Please click below to sign up for a Flex Pass Package.
| With our Membership Programs you have three choices, each based around our 5-week program. You can enroll program to program (automatic renewal) or sign up for either 6 or 12 5-week programs at a time. Come as often as you like.
